Returns and delivery

Production and delivery

Production takes three working days. Orders are then sent using a 48-hour delivery service.

Free Evri Locker or ParcelShop delivery is available where supported. Door delivery is £5 per order.

Non-custom products

Non-custom products can be returned within 30 days. Items should be unused and returned in their original condition. Contact hello@chickenstrips.uk with your order number before returning an item.

Custom products

Custom products cannot be returned because you change your mind. If a custom product is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please report it within 30 days so we can put it right.

The 30-day reporting request does not restrict your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described goods.

Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel an order before production or dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. Custom orders may not be cancellable once production has started. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
