Built for the Paddock: The Cadwell Park Track Hoodie Has Landed

There is something about a Cadwell Park track day that stays with you long after the van is unpacked and the tyre warmers have been put away. Maybe it is the noise bouncing between the trees, the nervous energy in the paddock first thing in the morning, or that moment when you crest the Mountain and everything suddenly feels very serious. Cadwell is not just another circuit. It has its own personality, and riders know it.

That is exactly what inspired our new Cadwell Park Track Hoodie.

We wanted to make something that felt like a proper track-day hoodie, not just another logo printed on the back of a black garment. It needed to capture the circuit, the atmosphere and the little details riders recognise immediately. The result is the first release from our new Chicken Strips Track Collection, built for anyone who has ridden Cadwell, watched from the barriers or spent a day in the paddock wishing they had brought another layer.

A circuit that deserves the full treatment

Cadwell Park is one of those tracks you can identify from the outline alone. It is narrow, technical, fast in all the right places and completely unforgiving when you stop giving it the respect it deserves. Park Straight, Chris Curve, the Gooseneck, Mansfield, the Mountain, Hall Bends and the Hairpin all have their own rhythm. Getting one section right only makes you want to go back out and have another go at the next one.

The large rear print puts that unmistakable layout right at the centre. Around it are the named corners, Cadwell’s coordinates and layers of technical grid, checkerboard and distressed graphic details. We added the crowns, crosses and controlled splatter because a neat corporate diagram would never have suited the place. Cadwell has edges, so the artwork needed them too.

The back also carries the words “Support Your Local Race Track”, which feels important. Circuits like Cadwell give us somewhere to learn, improve, race, watch and meet other people who are just as obsessed with bikes. They deserve celebrating.

Made to look right in the paddock

The front is deliberately cleaner, with a smaller Cadwell Park chest graphic that still carries the same white, pink and acid-green colours. Down the sleeve is the Chicken Strips GRIP / RIP / SEND / IT artwork. It gives the hoodie something extra from the side without taking attention away from the main circuit design.

Everything is printed on black for maximum contrast. It is bold enough to stand out while you are walking through the paddock, but it still works when you are grabbing food after the ride home. Throw it on between sessions, wear it while helping your mate with tyre pressures, or keep it close for that point in the afternoon when the sun disappears and Cadwell reminds everyone that they are still in Lincolnshire.

Like the rest of our hoodies, it is made for actual use. It is comfortable, warm and easy to wear over your usual kit once the leathers come off. Each one is printed to order, rather than pulled from a pile of mass-produced track merchandise.

Because every hoodie size has slightly different proportions, the final artwork size and placement can shift a little so the design sits properly on the garment. Colours can also vary slightly from the digital mockups depending on your screen, the fabric texture and how the ink settles. That is part of producing a real printed garment, and we would rather be honest about it than pretend every hoodie comes out like a computer render.
