Coolant Age Matters

Coolant gets ignored because it sits in a bottle looking colourful and official. But coolant has a service life. Over time, its protective qualities can reduce, and the system deserves more than an occasional glance.

Check level when the bike is cold, inspect hoses, and follow the correct change interval for your machine. Use the right coolant type. Mixing random fluids because they are both vaguely bright is not a plan.

Most cooling systems work quietly for years if treated properly. The trouble usually starts when nobody thinks about them until a hot day in traffic. Maintenance is easier before steam joins the conversation.
